I arrived to find the rooms were warm enough, spacious, comfortable, and with a nice view to the pool. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The location is central to amenities and only 10 minutes from the Park entrances. The dining experience was excellent, but a bit pricey. Overall, great new hotel with amazing service.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were lovely, comfortable, and super clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even during a storm. The location was perfect for visiting Plitvice National Park, and the dining, while a bit pricey, had the basics covered. The facilities were great overall.
